Returns

Changed your mind about your order? No problem at all! At NOA AMARA, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Starting a return is simple — just drop us an email at support@noaamara.com with your order number, which item(s) you'd like to send back, and a brief reason. Our team will respond within 24 hours with the return address and next steps.

Please note the following:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returning sale items? No problem — sale items are eligible for return. If your order included a bundle deal or promotion, please return all items from that deal for a full refund. Prefer to keep some items? That's fine too — we'll simply recalculate your order total based on what you keep.

Refunds

We stand behind every order. You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • You received an incorrect item, or
  • Your order did not arrive within the estimated delivery window.

A refund may not be possible in the following situations:

  1. The delivery failed due to incorrect details provided at checkout (such as a wrong address).
  2. The package was delayed or lost due to circumstances beyond our control (such as customs holds or extreme weather).
  3. The order was placed during a promotional offer — in this case, we're happy to help you exchange for other products.

Fair Use

To ensure a fair experience for all our customers, we reserve the right to decline returns or cancel orders in cases of unusual return patterns, such as frequently returning full orders or suspected short-term use of products.
