How can I contact NOA AMARA? We'd love to hear from you! Send us an email at support@noaamara.com and our team will be happy to assist you with anything — whether it's about our jewellery, your order, shipping, returns, or anything else. We aim to reply within 24 hours. Our team is available Monday to Friday.

Can I return my order? Absolutely! If you're not fully satisfied, you can request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Simply email us at support@noaamara.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll send you the return details within 24 hours. Items must be in their original, unworn condition. Please note that return shipping is at the customer's expense. Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

What are the shipping costs? Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We offer free tracked DHL shipping on UK orders over £50. For full details, visit our Shipping page.

How do I track my order? As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with a DHL tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Can I change or cancel my order? If your order hasn't been processed yet, we can absolutely help you make changes or cancel it. Once the order has been packed and shipped, unfortunately we're no longer able to modify or cancel it.

I ordered during a sale. Can I still return? Yes! Sale items are eligible for return. If your order was part of a promotion or bundle, please send back all items to receive a full refund. Want to keep some pieces? No problem — we'll recalculate your total based on the items you decide to keep.
