These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the NOA AMARA website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to NOA AMARA. "You" and "your" refer to the customer placing an order or using our website. "Products" refers to all jewellery and items available for purchase on our website.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through one of our accepted payment methods. Your order will only be processed once payment has been received in full.

4. Orders

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been successfully placed. This confirmation does not guarantee shipment. We will notify you promptly if any issues arise with your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom via DHL tracked shipping.

United Kingdom: £4.95 on orders below £75. Free shipping on orders over £75. Next day delivery on orders placed before 23:59.

Rest of Europe: £9.50 on orders below £100. Free shipping on orders over £100. Delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.

Rest of the World: £15 on orders below £150. Free shipping on orders over £150. Delivery time is 5 to 12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. NOA AMARA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control. Any duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in your country are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email us at support@noaamara.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with the return instructions and shipping address.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

7. Sale Items and Promotions

Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer are eligible for return. If your order was part of a bundle deal or promotion, all items from that deal must be returned to qualify for a full refund. If you wish to keep one or more items, your order total will be recalculated based on the regular price of the items you keep.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

You are entitled to a full refund if you received an incorrect item or your order did not arrive within the estimated delivery window.

A refund may not be possible if the delivery failed due to incorrect details provided at checkout, the package was delayed or lost due to circumstances beyond our control such as customs holds or extreme weather, or the items show signs of wear or damage.

9. Cancellations

If your order has not yet been processed, we are happy to help you make changes or cancel it. Please contact us at support@noaamara.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed and shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

10. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen settings and lighting in photographs. Such variations do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for return.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including images, text, logos, and designs is the property of NOA AMARA and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

12. Liability

NOA AMARA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

13. Fair Use of Return Policy

To ensure a fair experience for all our customers, we reserve the right to decline returns or cancel orders in cases of unusual return patterns, such as frequently returning full orders or suspected short term use of products.

14. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
